On the panel, Clayton Christensen (Harvard Business School), Nobuhiro Endo (President, NEC), Hideaki Omiya (Chairman, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries), Yoko Ishikura (Hitotsubashi University), Hideyuki Tokuda (Keio University), and Noboru Konno (President, JIN) discussed how firms can build stronger organizational structures for innovation, enter into beneficial innovation collaborations and can create the right leadership for a continuously innovative organization.
